fix: 修复Yjs消息同步异常及学生端无法获取最新消息问题

本次修改解决了Yjs消息同步的关键问题：
1. 将消息存储从messageV2升级到messageV3，避免旧delete标记导致latest永远返回undefined
2. 移除了删除latest的操作，改为通过sendMessage自然覆盖，防止学生端获取到空值
3. 新增了详细的日志系统，包括WebSocket原始消息、Y.Doc更新事件和根类型监听，便于诊断同步问题
4. 老师端和学生端在连接/同步完成后补发必要消息，确保学生能获取最新幻灯片和消息
5. 修复了sendMessage可能出现的空值警告，完善了异常处理
